How many people can we have in our group to do the event?We can accomodate groups between 15 and 200. We want everyone to have the chance to experience this unique event. In the Parlor, which is our studio, it works best with groups of up to 35 people. There are many ways of accomodating a larger group. For example, your company can break up into two sessions, AM and PM, or come in on consecutive days. We can also take our program off site to a larger studio if need be.

How many teams do we need?It works best breaking your group into 3 to 4 teams. Depending on your company, participating employees, and goal of the event, we can help you determine the most effective way to divide team members. You might want to group sales managers from across the country, have people work with their department members or have a random selection to foster new relationships.

How long does the ULTIMATE EVENT NASHVILLE last?We can tailor your event to match your unique needs. Typically the event runs approx 3 hours.

How early do I need to confirm my event date? Does space fill up quickly?ULTIMATE EVENT NASHVILLE fills up very quickly as we can only accept one group at a time in our studio. During time frames where conventions or large meetings are in town, we are sometimes booked months in advance. The earlier the better is always suggested in order to secure your spot.

Who owns the copyrights of the songs or jingles created at our ULTIMATE EVENT NASHVILLE?The Professional Hit Writer of the team that wrote the song or jingle, their publisher, and Best Built Songs Publishing are the owners of the copyright of the songs and jingles created at any ULTIMATE EVENT NASHVILLE event.

Can we use our jingle that we create for promoting our company?Yes, the owners of the copyright will be glad to issue you a “Synchronization License” for the use of the jingle in your advertising campaign.

Can we re-record our jingle with a professional team of musicians and singers to create a viable ad campaign?Yes, we would be glad to give you a quote on creating a professional jingle for your ad campaign. The Parlor Studio has access to the best musicians and singers in Nashville and can create fully produced jingles for you.

Is a deposit required and is it refundable? When is the final payment due?A 50% deposit will be due to hold your dates. The deposit will not be refunded if you cancel within 21 days of the date of the event.
The balance will be due and payable on the day of the scheduled event. -
What type of paper work will we receive to sign?You will get:
1) An Event Confirmation to confirm the dates and details of your
specific event.
2) A release of copyright form.
3) Permission to use your likeness for future promotion of
ULTIMATE EVENT NASHVILLE. -
What types of payment does ULTIMATE EVENT NASHVILLE accept?We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express, Company checks, Certified and Cashiers checks.

Can we request particular songwriters?If you have a particular songwriter that you would like to have at your event, please let us know when you book your event. We will make every effort to acquire the services of that particular songwriter.

Can I come in for a site visit before booking my event?Sure, we would love for you to come on in have a cup of coffee, and take a tour of our studio and meet our team. We are proud of our Grammy Award Winning Studio and our people and love to show them off.
